Battery Warranty

WATERROWER warrants its products to be free of defects for one (1) year*, limited to the intended designation of usage and standard wear. WATERROWER will replace this product should defect be determined at the fault of the manufacturer; additional shipping cost may apply. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
